Role

Scope

The Country Merchandiser will play a critical role in ensuring optimal product visibility, availability, and brand representation across retail outlets nationwide. This role supports sales growth by implementing merchandising standards, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining strong relationships with store management to enhance in-store execution and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper product placement, shelf visibility, and planogram compliance across assigned territories.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to prevent stock-outs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising standards and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches in the market.
  • Prepare regular field reports on performance, market insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and company standards are consistently implemented.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail execution, or FMCG distribution.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations within the Saudi market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
