Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs
• Promote and sell products in line with company standards and sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods responsibly
• Ensure proper display of merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items to management
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing of the store when required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
