Position: Area Manager - Coffee / Specialty Coffee - YRG

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple coffee shop locations and ensure operational excellence across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the coffee or specialty coffee industry
, with proven experience managing multiple outlets while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

The Area Manager will play a key role in driving operational performance, supporting store managers, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all locations
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations and performance of multiple coffee shop locations within the assigned area.
  • Ensure all branches maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness
    .
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive profitability and growth.
  • Lead, coach, and support store managers and café teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
    .
  • Ensure effective inventory management and cost control across all locations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store managers and café staff
    .
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and expansion plans
    .
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4-7 years of experience in multi-unit retail or café operations
    , preferably within the coffee or specialty coffee sector
    .
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets or café branches
    .
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of coffee shop operations and customer service standards
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor sales performance and operational KPIs
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
