Key Responsibilities

  • Implement approved global and local visual merchandising standards across boutiques and points of sale.
  • Ensure high-quality product presentation, display alignment, segmentation, lighting, cleanliness, and overall brand image consistency.
  • Maintain attractive and premium displays for watches, accessories, and featured collections.
  • Ensure all displays reflect current product focus, seasonal launches, and approved brand priorities.
  • Monitor store readiness for promotions, launches, and special occasions from a visual execution perspective.
  • Conduct regular boutique and store visits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards.
  • Develop action plans and follow up on corrective measures where required.
Training & Capability Development
  • Deliver regular training sessions to boutique teams and retail partners on visual merchandising standards and display guidelines.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, brand heritage, collections, and product storytelling to enhance customer engagement.
  • Coach store teams on maintaining daily display discipline and premium presentation standards.
  • Manage and monitor completion of all assigned e-learning modules for retail staff.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend development actions to management.
Retail Network Support
  • Oversee execution standards across own boutiques and external retail partner locations.
  • Build effective working relationships with boutique managers and retail partner teams.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, or display updates when required
Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with Marketing to receive and implement approved visual assets and POS materials.
  • Liaise with HQ / Regional teams regarding VM guidelines, product focus, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations to ensure stores are prepared for launches and campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor observations, and customer insights when relevant.
  • Prepare regular store visit reports, VM audit results, and action follow-up summaries.
  • Track compliance levels and recommend improvements to enhance execution quality.
  • Maintain updated records of training attendance, e-learning completion, and VM performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer experience and store standards.
Other Duties

Perform any other duties assigned by Management within the scope of the role.

Authority & Accountability
  • Accountable for visual merchandising standards across assigned boutiques and POS locations.
  • Responsible for training compliance and retail team capability development
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating non-compliance issues affecting brand standards.
  • No authority over pricing, commercial strategy, or marketing budgets unless delegated by Management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Visual merchandising compliance score across stores.
  • Store audit results and action closure rate.
  • Training completion rate.
  • E-learning completion compliance.
  • On-time execution of approved launches and store updates. Improvement in customer experience / mystery shopper results.
  • Consistency of brand presentation across retail network.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Training, Luxury Retail, Watches, Jewelry, or Fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and premium retail presentation standards.
  • Good knowledge of customer service excellence and luxury customer expectations.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and coaching retail teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned markets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
