Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Approach customers proactively offering expert advice and personalized service to encourage sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and a problem‑solving mindset, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, promotions, and company policies.
Store Operations & Merchandising
  • Arrange and maintain merchandise displays based on popularity, trends, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist in unloading new shipments.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and handle daily revenue closing.
Administrative & Team Support
  • Record customer orders and update relevant details in the company database.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and hygienic store environment in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in handling sales transactions and working with computer-based systems.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, or customer service is a plus.
