- Own the strategic planning, positioning, and performance management of assigned international brands within the Saudi market
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across retail operations, merchandising, visual identity, and customer experience
- Collaborate with global principals to execute brand‑specific marketing campaigns and retail activations
- Lead sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and P&L accountability across store networks in Riyadh and other key Saudi cities
- Analyze consumer behavior and competition trends to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics
- Identify expansion opportunities in new retail locations and e‑commerce channels across KSA
- Drive retail excellence through training, SOP adherence, and performance KPIs in line with brand expectations
- Support CRM and loyalty efforts such as Club Apparel to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints in store and online
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, or category leadership, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven track record of launching and scaling international brands in the GCC, with a strong focus on KSA operations
- Strong commercial acumen, project management skills, and leadership capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external brand partners
- Familiarity with the Saudi consumer market, retail trends, and regulatory environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management; MBA is a plus
