Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to monitor product quality across branches.
- Inspect product quality, monitor damaged items, and ensure proper FIFO implementation.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare daily reports highlighting operational issues or recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or store operations.
- Experience in quality control, store audit, or operational compliance.
- Good understanding of FIFO and stock handling processes.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High school diploma or above.
- Willingness to work in a field‑based role and visit multiple branches.
