- Define and execute long-term commercial strategies for assigned brands or business units in line with group goals
- Oversee retail operations, buying, merchandising, marketing, and sales performance across the Saudi Arabia region
- Lead new brand launches, concept innovations, and expansion initiatives, including new store approvals and rollouts
- Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to guide pricing, merchandising, and marketing
- Drive annual business planning and budgeting to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Foster strategic alignment with international brand principals, maintaining compliance and reporting standards
- Build and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and succession readiness
- Collaborate with HR and operations to reduce attrition, develop talent, and manage staffing needs
- Ensure seamless customer experience by aligning in-store and digital channel strategies
- Champion loyalty initiatives such as Club Apparel to drive customer engagement and retention
- 12-15 years of progressive retail experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven success in business transformation, retail expansion, and brand performance management
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills with hands-on understanding of the Saudi retail market
- Experience managing large-scale teams across retail, merchandising, and marketing functions
- Confident communicator and negotiator, able to manage key principal and stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- Lead some of the world's most recognized lifestyle and fashion brands in a fast-evolving Saudi retail market
- Collaborate with international teams and shape the future of omnichannel retail in Riyadh and beyond
