Position: Recruitment Specialist (Luxury Retail Sector)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for luxury fashion, jewelry, and premium retail brands across the Kingdom.
  • Build and maintain a high-caliber talent pipeline aligned with the expectations of luxury brand partners.
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape, talent movements, and key industry developments within the luxury retail sector.
  • Engage and attract top-tier professionals who reflect the standards and identity of premium international and regional brands.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to fulfill strategic hiring needs with discretion, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Represent the organization with a high level of professionalism within the luxury and fashion industry ecosystem.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within high-level professional environments and fast-moving competitive markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities within industry circles.
  • Highly polished, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong background in sales.
  • Strong understanding of contract preparation and proposal development.
  • Must be presentable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi luxury retail market and its key ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within high-level professional environments and fast-moving competitive markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities within industry circles.
  • Highly polished, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong background in sales.
  • Strong understanding of contract preparation & proposal development.
