Responsibilities- Engage clients with exceptional service and foster strong relationships with in‑store customers.
- Serve as Store‑in‑Charge overseeing sales and operation management, KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising, and CRM.
- Manage staff, track performance, and report on key metrics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and effective CRM usage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages a plus.
- Approachable personality with strong customer‑service orientation.
