Drive showroom sales performance – Achieve monthly sales volume, revenue, and gross profit targets for both Mhero and Voyah by monitoring walk-in conversion rates, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
Lead and coach the showroom team – Supervise Brand Hosts, Sales Executives, and Cashiers (approx. 6–8 direct reports); conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and ongoing product training on EV features and brand positioning.
Manage customer experience standards – Ensure every visitor receives a premium, personalized welcome and sales process, resolving escalations and maintaining mystery shop scores above target.
Oversee vehicle display and showroom readiness – Coordinate vehicle rotation, cleanliness, digital signage, marketing collateral, and hospitality areas to reflect Mhero’s rugged identity and Voyah’s luxury image.
Optimize operational processes – Monitor lead management in CRM, ensure accurate order booking and payment processing, and collaborate with after-sales for seamless vehicle deliveries.
Analyze sales data and market feedback – Track showroom KPIs (traffic, conversion, test drive-to-sale ratio), report competitor activities, and recommend promotional events or inventory adjustments to the Branch Sales Manager.
