A prestigious luxury chocolate brand in Riyadh is seeking Nepali or Indonesian nationals to join its Guest Experience team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with customers, and can represent a premium luxury brand with professionalism and elegance.

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide a premium hospitality experience to all visitors.
• Serve Arabic coffee and refreshments to guests.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the boutique offerings.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Support daily boutique operations while upholding the luxury image of the brand.

Indian, Nepali, or Indonesian nationality. Currently based in Saudi Arabia. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, cafés, restaurants, or luxury brands is preferred. Excellent personal grooming and professional appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Arabic communication skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused personality. Experience with in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
