Boutique Manager

Boutique managers are responsible for the general management of a retail store also in charge of overseeing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources functions of a boutique to ensure a positive client experience and maximum profitability.

• Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly sales goal achievement.
• Develop new customer.
• Work with Marketing Dept. to develop and perform store promotion.

• Maintain good relationship with customers.
• Defective product follows up with customer service department and customers. Handle customers complain.

• Appropriate manpower plan to keep efficient productivity.
• Develop sales’ potential and boost sales’ morale and performance.
• Monitor and coaching sales to achieve counter sales and non-sales objectives of counter.
• A Quarterly performance review and follow up.

• Product, counter SOP and Brand training for new joiners, periodically check by professional knowledge test.
• All the team to complete the eLearning and to get specialist certificate. Deliver company policy to Sales through communication.

• Control inventory with reasonable amount and good assortment/quality for new/promotion/hot products.
• Maintain brand image in comply with company instruction.
• Any other requirements as per company needs & requests.

• 4 years working experience and 2 years management experience in Retail Business related area.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• High communication skills, reliable and capable of teamwork.
• Fluent in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage and work in a team, deliver objectives and targets.
• Work under high pressure.
• Passion/Responsible/Aggressive.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
