Foreman, Display & Execution

Key Accountability Areas

• Supervise and lead display execution teams in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional setups in stores or showrooms.
• Ensure all product displays, layouts, and planograms are executed according to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
• Monitor daily field execution activities and ensure timely completion of display updates, seasonal changes, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment of execution plans with commercial objectives.
• Inspect store displays regularly to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with brand presentation standards.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to execution staff, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Report execution progress, issues, and store feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and handling of display materials and tools.
• Support continuous improvement in display execution processes and field efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback.

• Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
• Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.

• Assist to solve any related issues arise and elevate any complex operational problems.

• Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities.

• Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions.

• Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes.
