Arla Foods is seeking an In-Store Excellence Trainee to support retail excellence programs across channels. You will help ensure brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and SOPs are followed while gaining hands-on experience in trade activation and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams, travel to retail locations, and participate in campaigns and audits to drive strong in-store execution and learning opportunities.
