- • Support Shift Supervisors during opening and closing procedures.
- • Report any suspicious behavior, discrepancies, or incidents immediately to management.
- • Maintain grooming standards company uniform policy.
- • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
- • Support new joiners through on-the-job training and role modeling of company standards.
- • Participate actively in briefings, product trainings, and store meetings.
