Sales Team Lead

We are actively looking for a customer-focused and motivated Sales Team Leader to join our Stores team in Riyadh City.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive section sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
• Ensure effective execution of visual merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and replenishment to support business needs.
• Maintain high operational standards, including store presentation, compliance, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Support customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns and implementing service improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe and secure working environment through compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns and collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Diploma holders with relevant retail experience may be considered).
• 2–5 years of retail sales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business performance through KPI management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
