The Sales Associate also helps protect store standards by maintaining merchandise availability, accurate stock records, security awareness, and professional presentation throughout each shift.

• Welcome customers promptly and provide helpful assistance throughout their store visit.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products suited to individual needs.
• Proactively engage browsing customers and convert genuine purchase interest into completed sales.
• Apply the GUEST service model by greeting, understanding, explaining, selling, and thanking customers.
• Provide clear information about product features, benefits, materials, usage, and care instructions.
• Maintain current knowledge of available products, collections, promotions, and stock.
• Stay informed about other brands within the group to support appropriate cross-selling opportunities.
• Promote the company 's loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases and stronger customer retention.

• Replenish products on the sales floor to maintain availability throughout trading hours.
• Re-merchandise displays following stock movements, sales activity, or visual merchandising direction.
• Record incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately to support inventory control.
• Maintain awareness of product quantities and identify stock requirements where appropriate.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately for customer transactions.
• Process cash, credit card, voucher, and approved electronic payment methods correctly.
• Balance the cash till at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, and transaction documentation accurately.
• Follow store procedures when processing returns or refunds.
• Maintain continuous awareness of store security and suspicious activity.
• Follow established loss prevention procedures to protect merchandise and company assets.
• Support Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers with operational tasks assigned during the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the sales floor and assigned merchandise areas.
