The Store Manager
- Retail Performance will take complete responsibility for the commercial, operational, customer, and people performance of the assigned store. The position requires disciplined management of sales targets, KPIs, expenses, stock accuracy, shrinkage, staffing, merchandising, security, and customer satisfaction. Strong performance in this role depends on converting store data into practical action. By monitoring dashboards, financial results, customer indicators, employee performance, and inventory trends, the Store Manager will identify improvement opportunities and implement clear plans that strengthen profitability, customer loyalty, and operational consistency.

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and agreed retail KPIs.
• Monitor store performance and identify areas requiring corrective action.
• Maintain shrinkage below the required target of 0.2% of cost of sale.
• Conduct regular financial audits and stock audits to maintain accurate records and strong controls.
• Update, review, and communicate the store performance dashboard regularly.
• Analyze sales results and develop action plans to improve commercial performance.
• Monitor store expenses, budgets, and financial objectives.
• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand requirements.
• Ensure products are displayed correctly and merchandising remains commercially effective.
• Maintain efficient back-store operations and timely merchandise replenishment.
• Monitor stock availability and support accurate inventory management.
• Implement company operating policies, SOPs, and procedures consistently.
• Conduct regular team meetings covering targets, performance, priorities, and operational updates.
• Provide constructive feedback and clear performance expectations to employees.
• Recruit suitable retail employees according to store requirements.
• Train and develop team members in customer service, sales techniques, operational standards, and product knowledge.
• Identify employee learning gaps and implement practical development plans.
• Create a pipeline of high-potential employees capable of progressing toward Store Manager positions.
• Maintain employee records including leave, passport information, performance history, conduct records, and roster details.
• Manage staff performance and address conduct concerns appropriately.

• Implement store security procedures to reduce theft, stock loss, and operational risk.
• Maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Drive achievement of Club Apparel participation and customer loyalty objectives.
• Monitor NPS and DSES performance and coach employees to improve customer experience indicators.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Work to exceed customer expectations through consistent service recovery and professional engagement.
• Maintain effective relationships with mall management.
• Coordinate with office and back-end teams regarding store requirements and operational activities.
• Communicate regularly with senior management regarding store performance, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and commercial trends.
• Support continuous improvement of personal and team capability through coaching and ongoing learning.
