Job Purpose

Driving store sales by delivering excellent customer service promoting products effectively and supporting basic optical understanding while ensuring smooth and professional customer experience

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products frames lenses CL sunglasses
• 2 Drive conversion upselling Cross-selling and promotions execution
• 3 Achieving his individual sales targets and supporting store performance
• 4 Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey
• 5 Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• 6 Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships
• 7 Read and interpret prescriptions accurately
• 8 Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards
• 9 Ensure correct dispensing and product selection
• 10 Process transactions accurately through POS system
• 11 Handle insurance approvals and invoicing Wassel NPHIES
• 12 Ensure full compliance with policies no manual errors
• 13 Maintain stock accuracy and product safety
• 14 Report shortages damages and discrepancies
• 15 Maintain strong product knowledge across categories

• 19 Verify prescription lens specs and frame alignment

2 4 years in retail sales optical preferred

Diploma Bachelor in Optics or related field

Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic

Optical knowledge preferred
