We are looking for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that products are properly displayed and promoted in retail stores.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and stock levels
• Develop and execute merchandising plans to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to create effective promotions and displays
• Negotiate shelf space, product positioning, and pricing with retailers
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and brand standards
• Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Familiarity with retail trends and market dynamics
• Fluency in English is required
• Indian nationality is preferred
