You should have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as strong analytical skills to help plan and execute our merchandising strategies. Exceptional customer service skills are also essential for this role.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with retailers and vendors
• Negotiating prices and terms of sale with retailers
• Preparing product displays, promotions, and other materials
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share
• Monitoring industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, etc.
• Developing promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing staff
• Advising customers on product selection based on their needs
• Ensuring optimal customer service levels at all times
• Performing daily inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years' experience in merchandising or related field
• Strong knowledge of retail operations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
