Operations Management, Retail & Store Manager
We are undergoing a strategic restructuring and are looking for a high energy, dynamic, and transformational Sales & Operations Manager. This is not a role for a traditional maintenance manager; we need a proactive leader who can challenge the status quo, revitalize our retail footprint, and outpace the competition.
The ideal candidate will combine market sharpness with aggressive operational executionrebuilding team culture, modernizing store operations, and driving consistent, scalable revenue growth in a fast-evolving luxury market.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Revitalization & Competitive Agility
Develop and execute annual sales strategy aligned with company targets.
Drive retail, wholesale, and e-commerce revenue growth.
Set sales KPIs, targets, and incentive schemes.
Monitor sell-through, ATV, conversion rate, and footfall performance.
Identify expansion opportunities (new stores, kiosks, distributors, export markets).
2. Retail Operations ManagementOversee daily retail operations across all branches.
Ensure SOP compliance and operational consistency.
Optimize store productivity (sales per sqm, staffing ratio).
Implement best practices in customer journey and service excellence.
Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
3. Inventory & Supply Chain OversightEnsure optimal stock levels and reduce stock aging.
Monitor demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.
Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams.
Minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
4. Team Alignment & Culture RebuildingRebuild and motivate the sales team, instilling a high-performance, competitive, and target-driven mindset.
Identify performance gaps and actively coach/upskill Fragrance Advisors and Store Leads in advanced luxury sales techniques.
Collaborate closely with the Accountant / Finance Team to review monthly store sales performance, margins, and operational expenses.
Control store-level operational costs (OPEX) (such as staff scheduling/overtime, store maintenance, and local expenses) to maximize retail profitability.
Provide the Finance Team with accurate daily/weekly sales data, forecasts, and field insights to support budget preparation.
Coordinate with the Accountant to monitor inventory valuation, shrinkage costs, and ensure all store sales transactions align with financial records.

Resilience & Adaptability:
Proven ability to thrive in shifting environments, restructuring phases, or turnaround situations.
Analytical but Action-Oriented:
Can look at a retail dashboard, spot the issue immediately, and implement a solution on the floor the same day.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in retail, fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sector.
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of GCC retail market.
- Proven track record in scaling multi-store operations.
