• Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithlocalandinternationalsupplierstosecurehigh-qualityproductsandcompetitivecommercialterms.
• Leadsuppliernegotiations,annualtradingagreements,investment plans,andpromotionalfundinginitiatives.
• Monitorcategoryperformance,includingsales,grossmargin,waste,shrinkage,stockavailability,andinventoryturnover.
