Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fashion Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in the luxury segment. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality customer service, solving client issues efficiently, and maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Assist clients in selecting luxury evening dresses, offering styling advice and personalized service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our product range and upcoming collections.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.
• Maintain client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
