Cashier​/Customer Service

Performing sales and collections from customers accurately and quickly operating the point of sale POS system receiving payments and issuing invoices while providing outstanding customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures

Welcoming and dealing with customers in a respectful and professional manner Scan the products and enter them into the point-of-sale system correctly Confirm the approved prices quantities offers and discounts Receiving cash electronic and approved payment methods Hand the customer the invoice and make sure the correct amount is returned when paying in cash Handling customer inquiries and escalating any problem to the supervisor when needed

Preserve the cash in custody completely Receiving and handing over the cashier s custody according to the approved procedures Matching cash with total sales recorded in the system Report immediately any increase or decrease in cash Full compliance with the company s procedures for storing and delivering cash Do not use the cashier s money for any personal purpose

Using the point-of-sale system correctly Implementing cancellation refund and return processes according to approved powers and procedures No discount or price adjustment may be made without approval and authorization Maintaining the cash register scanner receipt printer and payment devices Report any system or hardware malfunctions to the supervisor or IT department

Maintaining a respectful and professional approach with all clients Assisting customers with inquiries related to prices offers and store policies Handle customer complaints calmly and elevate cases that require administrative authority to the supervisor Working to reduce waiting times and provide fast and organized service

Compliance with all company-approved policies and work procedures Maintaining the confidentiality of company and customer information Prohibit any unauthorized sales discounts or returns Compliance with procedures for combating errors and financial fraud Compliance with the applicable rules and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area Ensuring the availability of the necessary supplies for the work Maintain a professional and tidy appearance during working hours Collaborating with the branch team during busy and operationally stressful times Perform any other work-related tasks as directed by the supervisor or branch manager

It is preferable to have a high school diploma or its equivalent Previous experience in the cashier or retail sector is preferred The ability to use point-of-sale systems The ability to handle cash and accounts accurately Good customer service skills The ability to work under pressure especially during peak times Be prepared to work shifts weekends and holidays according to the work schedule The ability to communicate in Arabic or English
