Retail & Store Manager
Monitoring and maintaining levels of inventory between systems, stores and warehouse. Ensuring correct Retail controls and procedures are implemented at store level and accurate STOH information delivered to Snr Manager Retail Operations Manager & Snr Manager Consumer excellence
Key ResponsibilitiesRun a series of inventory reportsondaily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
Identify“heavy” and “low” turninventory items andmaintaincommunication reports for the respective teams.
Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
Diligent investigationsrequiredto solve problems in the systems.
Maintenance and accountability ofhigh levelsof customer service(internal and external).
Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data.
Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution.
Stock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed inaLSand SAP for 100% alignment
Ability to organize vast amounts of data.
Work proactively topropose process changeswhich will preventirregularities
Store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company’s warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branchtransfers
Results of investigations and enormities about possible losspreventionissuestoreported directly to Snr Manager Retail Operations.
Key Performance Indicators- Shrinkagetarget defined each year (administration)

Skills and Abilities
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Education and Experience /
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree or diploma level.
3-4 years of retail inventory control experience withfocuson business.
Industry experience in Sports/Consumer goods.
