We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry-Level Retail Service Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will support daily store operations and help deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer.

• Welcome customers professionally and assist them with their needs.
• Provide product information, answer basic inquiries, and guide customers to the right items.
• Support sales activities and help maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Assist with stock arrangement, product display, and basic inventory support.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

• Basic English communication skills;
  Arabic is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashier support is an advantage.
