Position Overview Apparel Group is hiring a Sales Associate
- Store Operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to represent the brand, contribute to store sales, and deliver a strong customer experience within the Retail environment. The position combines customer engagement, product knowledge, visual merchandising, stock handling, POS transactions, and loss prevention while supporting the operational standards set by store management.

Position Objective The Sales Associate supports store performance by assisting customers with product selection and converting customer interest into purchases. The role also carries out operational responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, including merchandise presentation, stock handling, POS operations, and maintaining store standards.

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Engage proactively with customers to convert browsing interest into purchases.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the company 's GUEST selling approach:
  Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's different brands to support suggestive selling.
• Provide customer service in line with established company standards.

• Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Keep product knowledge current to provide appropriate customer assistance.
• Use product knowledge to support sales and help minimize stock loss.
• Remain flexible regarding extended working hours during sale periods.
• Work varied shifts and overtime according to business requirements.

• Arrange and display merchandise according to standard store layout requirements.
• Follow established visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain applicable stock standards for clearance merchandise.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.
• Maintain required inventory movement reports.
• Support orderly and attractive merchandise presentation across the sales floor.

• Operate the Point of Sale and billing counter efficiently.
• Tally cash in the till at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments made by cash, credit card, voucher, or automatic debit.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Follow required transaction and cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain awareness and vigilance regarding store security.
• Follow company SOP and Loss Prevention Policies.
• Handle merchandise and transactions carefully to support stock-loss prevention.
• Report relevant operational or security concerns according to store procedures.

Maintain the confidentiality of store sales figures and ensure internal sales information is not disclosed to external parties.
