Objective The Store Manager is responsible for achieving company objectives by leading the retail team, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and support required to maximize sales. The position oversees store procedures, team performance, stock availability, merchandising, security, and customer loyalty initiatives while providing relevant employee and product feedback to management.

• Brief and guide employees on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Apply appropriate sales techniques to achieve or exceed store targets.
• Ensure required stock levels are maintained to support sales opportunities.
• Keep employees informed about products, trends, and fashion directives.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's brands to support suggestive selling.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage customer loyalty and repeat sales.

• Take end-to-end responsibility for store operations.
• Implement operating procedures according to company and brand standards.
• Ensure employees consistently follow company policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve identified discrepancies.
• Manage stockrooms and maintain appropriate stock controls.
• Maintain awareness of store security and ensure required procedures are followed.
• Support efficient day-to-day operation of the store.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels to maximize sales while minimizing stock loss. The Store Manager is responsible for effective stockroom management, monitoring product availability, and ensuring merchandise is handled according to established store procedures.

• Manage daily staff rosters and leave requirements.
• Address employee grievances appropriately.
• Guide employees toward sales and customer service objectives.
• Supervise store employees and monitor day-to-day performance.
• Ensure employees have the product knowledge and operational support required for their roles.
• Provide feedback to the Area Manager and Operations Manager regarding employees and products.

The Store Manager ensures retail employees maintain high customer service standards and are prepared to respond effectively to customer needs. Current knowledge of products, fashion trends, and brand directives should be maintained across the team to support relevant recommendations and sales opportunities.

Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store according to established VM requirements. Merchandise presentation should remain consistent with brand expectations and support the overall customer experience.
