The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, developing store teams, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations and workforce performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, security procedures, and operational standards.
