Foreground is partnering with a leading regional apparel retailer to appoint a Retail Operations Director who will oversee end-to-end store performance, operational excellence, and customer experience across the GCC. This executive role requires a proven leader who can manage large-scale retail operations, introduce efficiency frameworks, and drive sustainable profitability while adapting to market trends and consumer behaviors.
Responsibilities- Lead the operational performance of retail stores across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
- Establish and implement operating standards, ensuring consistent execution across all branches.
- Monitor KPIs including sales per square foot, inventory turnover, and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize in-store experiences.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards across all outlets.
- Lead store expansion and refurbishment programs aligned with brand strategy.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive retail operations experience, with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-country apparel operations.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
