We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients in the Riyadh area of Saudi Arabia. This position is open to Malayalees and English speakers who are looking for a full-time job without prior experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various sales techniques
- Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients
- Customize insurance plans to meet the specific needs of each client
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn about insurance products and services
- Must be a Malayalee or have knowledge about Malayalee culture
