Beauty Consultant​/Hair Specialist​/promoter

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Beauty Consultants to promote the Rausch brand and drive sales in key stores such as pharmacies and beauty care shops. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about Rausch products and persuading them to make a purchase. If you have prior experience in direct marketing and are passionate about beauty products, we would like to hear from you.

• Product Knowledge:
  Become an expert on Rausch products, including their benefits, ingredients, and usage, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Store Visits:
  Rotate weekly in at least 5 key stores in your area. This may include pharmacies, beauty care shops, and other relevant retail outlets.
• Promotion:
  Promote Rausch products through in-store demonstrations, sampling, and educational sessions to the clienteles.
• Conduct Hair Analysis:
  Learn how to do hair and scalp analysis. Use it as a tool to promote Rausch.
• Sales Target:
  Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with end users, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Rausch products.

• Feedback Collection:
  Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing them with the company to help improve products and marketing strategies.
• Reporting:
  Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends to the Rausch sales coordinator in Saudi Arabia.

• Previous experience in direct marketing or promotional roles is essential.
• A deep passion for beauty and personal care products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
• Arabic – English language is preferred.
