We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Software Sales & Key Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through innovative software solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Software Sales & Key Accounts Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align our offerings with market needs. You will engage with clients to understand their business challenges and position our software solutions as effective answers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be crucial for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in software sales and account management, with a strong understanding of technology solutions and customer needs. You should be results-driven, with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales and account management
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of software technology and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated with a strong results orientation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic native speaker
