Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations to maximize sales opportunities.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
