Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Manager with strong experience in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business portfolio, managing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires solid industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to close new business opportunities in the B2B market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business clients.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements with business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on customer demands and product availability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 - 7 years of B2B sales experience within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong understanding of F&B supply chain, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
