We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Executive for Instructor Led Training (Enterprise Accounts) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long‑term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 4‑6 years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level. Able to understand IT Director & L&D Director challenges.
- Saudi Citizen Or Saudi Based with transferable Iqama.
- Experience of working across the defined territory/region
- Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred.
- Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
- Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
- Advanced understanding of customer’s business, curious, pushes the customer, has a broad view/perspective.
- Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
- Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking.
- Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude.
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
