We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Your main goal is to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively.
• Provide accurate product information and handle customer questions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process to close sales.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store according to company standards.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

• عرض المنتجات والخدمات والترويج لها وبيعها بفعالية.
• تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.
• مساعدة العملاء خلال عملية الشراء لتحقيق المبيعات.
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية ولباقة.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية أو تجاوزها.
• الحفاظ على مظهر وتنظيم المتجر وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
• المساهمة بأفكار واستراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات وتجربة العملاء.

• High school diploma or equivalent / شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred / يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو التجزئة.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic & English) / مهارات تواصل ممتازة (بالعربية والإنجليزية).
• Strong customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills / تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء ومهارات حل المشكلات.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure / القدرة على الحفاظ على اللباقة والهدوء في مواقف الضغط.
• Presentable and professional appearance / مظهر أنيق واحترافي.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer behaviour / معرفة أساسية بمبادئ البيع وسلوك المستهلك.
• Punctual, organized, and reliable / الالتزام بالمواعيد والتنظيم والاعتمادية.
