We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to accelerate our growth across Retail, F&B, and Hospitality
enterprises
—helping employers transform how they source, screen, and hire at scale using AI automation 🚀
- Drive new enterprise sales across key industries, building lasting partnerships with HR, Operations, and Business leaders.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Run strategic discovery sessions to uncover hiring challenges and craft AI-driven recruitment solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that showcase how AI can streamline and scale hiring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and reports through Hub Spot CRM, focusing on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
- Represent Sabbar in executive meetings, industry events, and market forum discussions to expand brand presence and enterprise awareness.
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or HRTech enterprise sales experience
, preferably targeting Retail, F&B, or multi-site businesses. - Proven ability to generate and close outbound opportunities independently.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi enterprise landscape and how large employers make buying decisions.
- Organized, driven, and motivated by exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable using Hub Spot or similar CRMs and modern sales tools.
