Job Summary

Master Works is seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Caller to support our lead generation and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer outreach, with strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote Master Works' products and services.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and understand customer needs.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
  • Handle initial inquiries professionally and provide basic information to prospects.
  • Follow cold calling scripts and adapt communication style when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus depending on the role).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in B2B outreach or technology solutions (preferred for Master Works).
  • Strong customer engagement and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification strategies.
