Regional Sales Manager SA

Their platform is trusted by government and enterprise customers across the Middle East and globally to modernize surveillance and enable data-driven decision-making.

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh to lead growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region
, managing both direct sales and partner-led channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative seller with a deep understanding of the regional landscape and a track record of closing complex deals in security or AI-related technologies.

• Drive enterprise sales of AI-based video analytics and security solutions

• Exceed annual revenue targets through new business and account expansion

• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and territory strategy

• Accurately forecast performance and maintain strong sales discipline

• Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships

• Work closely with integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive adoption

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical and operational needs

• 8+ years of B2B tech sales experience (video analytics/security preferred)

• Strong knowledge of cloud/video security, networking, and infrastructure

• Experience managing a regional territory in Saudi Arabia or the GCC

• Proven success in both direct and partner/channel sales

• Skilled in negotiation, forecasting, and value-based selling

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English;
  Arabic proficiency strongly preferred

• Relevant academic degree
