Responsibilities- Maximize on‑shelf presence in all outlets served by the merchandiser.
- Conduct in‑store sampling sessions and support promotions.
- Adhere to planograms for both on‑ and off‑shelf displays.
- Report any non‑compliance or deviations to the pre‑seller immediately.
- Supply the pre‑seller with up‑to‑date market information to seize selling opportunities.
- Call on specific OT outlets as per the daily journey plan.
- Merchandise SSFL products in OT stores across various touchpoints such as shelf, stand, and floor display.
- Place POS material alongside SSFL displays where applicable.
- Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub‑standard products.
- Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitor and report competitive activities.
- Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
- Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
