Join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As part of our team in Riyadh, you’ll work in an ONSITE environment, focusing on engaging with new projects to drive sales opportunities while also supporting existing salons with in‑salon renovations, sales closure, and meeting collection targets. You will play a vital role in bridging project leads and actual revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the beauty and salon sector to drive sales growth.
  • Visit existing salons to assess renovation opportunities, suggest improvements, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings to present project proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and work towards achieving monthly collection targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and projects for clients.
  • Prepare sales and collection reports for management review.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitive activities to recommend innovative beauty project solutions.
Requirements for the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in project sales and business development, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
