Overview

Service Sales Engineer role at KONE
, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Energetic and enthusiastic professional to build relationships and manage an existing portfolio of customers, retaining and growing revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and create customer relationships in area of responsibility.
  • Accountable for developing KONE position in customer base or market area.
  • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for other KONE teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints in coordination with other KONE teams.
  • Document the customer and contact information, maintain customer data on Sales Force.
  • Utilize all tools available to ensure the highest retention and customer relationship possible.
  • Accountable for growing LIS portfolio to meet sales budget and pricing targets.
  • Accountable for growing digital services penetration within the portfolio.
  • Visit new customers regularly to generate new business and ensure high‑quality relationship management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team for visits and reporting to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with finance team for collections and reporting to ensure clear SOAs for each customer.
  • Proactively generate opportunities from existing customer base.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on Sales Force such as tasks and visits, opportunities and keeping portfolio data up to date.
  • Drive execution of individual sales plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrates a strong service mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable and enthusiastic about leveraging digital solutions to drive business opportunities.
  • Proficient in using various sales tools and systems.
