Job Title: Cold Caller

Job Summary:

Master Works is seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Calling to support our lead generation and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer outreach, with strong communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to promote Master Works’ products and services.
  • Clearly communicate value propositions and understand customer needs.
  • Qualify leads and forward them to the appropriate sales team members.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
  • Handle initial inquiries professionally and provide basic information to prospects.
  • Follow cold calling scripts and adapt communication style when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus depending on the role).
Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience in B2B outreach or technology solutions (preferred for Master Works).
  • Strong customer engagement and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification strategies.
