Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, engaging with potential clients, and providing exemplary customer service to maintain and grow client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting client meetings, and providing sales training when needed. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with sales management to develop and execute strategies to achieve team and company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, meet targets, and ensure operational success.
• Capability in Training and mentoring other team members to enhance overall team performance and effectiveness.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.
