Position: C2C Business Development Representative

Mission Statement

As a C2C Business Development Representative, you will be the face of Kee Mart in the offline marketplace. Your primary mission is to drive direct customer acquisition and app orders through active, on‑the‑ground promotion—turning everyday interactions into tangible sales growth.

What You Will Do

• Engage & Acquire: Approach potential customers in high‑traffic outdoor locations, present Kee Mart’s value proposition and exclusive offers, and guide them through app download and first purchase on the spot.
• Guide & Support: Assist customers throughout the onboarding journey—from registration to order placement—ensuring a smooth, positive experience that builds trust and encourages repeat usage.
• Deliver Results: Take ownership of daily activation targets (download + completed order), consistently meeting or exceeding assigned KPIs.
• Learn & Improve: Conduct end‑of‑day reviews to identify successes and areas for optimization, sharing field insights and customer feedback promptly with your manager.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the field team to execute promotional campaigns and contribute to shared marketing objectives.

Who You Are

• Background: Ideally from Arabic‑speaking regions such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, or other Arab nations.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic; basic English communication skills are a plus.
• Availability: Flexible to work afternoon/evening shifts aligned with peak customer traffic.
• Outdoor Ready: Comfortable working outdoors, resilient, and maintains a positive, energetic attitude in dynamic environments.
• Communicator: Naturally engaging, able to break the ice quickly, and skilled at persuading and connecting with strangers.
• Adaptable: Stays focused and solution‑oriented under pressure, adapting smoothly to changing situations.
• Sales‑Minded: Some prior experience in face‑to‑face sales, promotions, or direct customer acquisition is preferred. (
