We elevate mobility solutions for elevators and escalators. Join our team in Riyadh to drive modernization in the region.
Responsibilities- Drive modernization sales growth for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory
- Develop and manage accounts (building owners, consultants, FM companies, developers, government entities)
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and modernization technologies
- Identify modernization opportunities from the existing installed base (controllers, machines, doors, cabins, safety upgrades)
- Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle: lead generation, site surveys, technical clarifications, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and clarifications with support of Engineering Dept.
- Negotiate contract terms including payment milestones, delivery schedules, warranties, and penalties >
- Coordinate closely with engineering and operations for the pull of the material
- Maintain pipeline with regular updates
- Modernization order intake and revenue tracking
- Build strong customer relationships
Support smooth handover from sales to operations and ensure scope clarity
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Sales and Modernization, preferably in elevator or vertical transportation projects
- Strong knowledge of elevator industry processes (installation, commissioning, modernization)
- Strong communication and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
