The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state‑of‑the‑art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.
Applications are invited for the above position within our International Food service Sales team.
The Role:This rewarding role is responsible for developing and growing Lakeland Dairies’ portfolio of brands across EMEA and managing key existing distributor relationships. The successful applicant will develop and grow business across a specific area within the Middle East against key objectives while developing and exceeding budgeted sales, and profit measures as well as lead JBP negotiations and regional strategy.
Key responsibilities will include (not limited to):- Delivery of sales and profit/contribution targets and forecasting sales.
- Build excellent customer relationships with buyers and cross‑functionally within customers to deliver compelling category plans and arguments.
- Implement and deliver promotions within trade promotion budgets.
- Ensure delivery of NPD and key events with customers.
- Identify the appropriate supply chain solution to ensure product flows efficiently onto shelf.
- Track and monitor progress against the plan, recommending corrective actions and strategic changes to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure that international pricing structures are implemented correctly and on time and dairy costs are recovered.
- Assist distributors in stock management to ensure the availability of stock for end users.
- Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts – working with Supply chain, Demand planning, factory forecasting and finance.
Our team is seeking a results‑driven Food service “Hunter” and Account Manager with a proven track record in the QSR and FMCG sectors. This key individual will have expertise in strategic distribution management, driving both new and existing business growth, and fostering long‑term customer relationships.
Possessing exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at securing new high‑value contracts, the successful applicant will exceed sales targets and develop tailored solutions to meet client and business objectives. A highly motivated professional committed to optimizing revenue and enhancing the Lakeland Dairies brand across the Middle East.
